Can someone please tell me where to find these or provide a copy? EG1F, X5CA, EG2C, EG4C.

X5CA is RAF Catterick (Marne Barracks), Yorkshire. Available here.

EG2C is Ledbury - a tiny grass airfield. It's in the payware UK2000 VFR Vol 2 pack.

I don't recognise EG1F or EG4C. They are not genuine ICAO codes. They may be fictional ICAO codes used for a subsidiary scenery, such as a grass runway on an otherwise hard airfield, or they may be waypoints.

EG1F I have listed as Farnborough Heliport, although I don't know where I got it from. I doesn't seem to be from any MAIW packs.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am using FSX now. Thank you for the responses. I will just make my own using the flight plan coordinates.

If you tell us what the flightplans came from we may be able to track the locations down - or give us the coordinates.
