If cash is the only way I can step in and help, then so I shall.
Some way of taking PayPal payments would be ideal.

Re: Urgent Forum Maintenance
Stuart, there is nothing we can do but wait - and I have had a lot of experience with that as a soldier. There are tons of us that gladly would pitch in and help - if we could. But I would imagine most are like me - I have a reasonably basic knowledge of Windows, and a reasonably basic knowledge of ...

NAMC YS-11 models
Gentlemen, I am looking for a DWAI NAMC YS-11 model, converted to P3D or FSX. I know such a conversion was made, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I do have the FSP YS-11 model, but on AVSIM I have found some JMSDF textures and flight plans for the DWAI model that would be nice to have. The YS-...

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390
Jobza, you really have to get P3D to see all this - and other good stuff. I used to believe that FSX was as good as it could possibly get, but P3D is way way ahead of FSX.
If you do take the jump, my personal recommendation would be P3D v. 5 at this time.

Re: No AI Traffic
John, in AIFP, under "Bulk Traffic", there is an option to recompile all traffic files on your system to the target flight simulator that is indicated by the radio buttons on the left side of the AIFP panel. That will take care of any lurking FS9 traffic files.

If there was a CVX file for KBAB, then maybe you should disable that one also.

Re: No AI Aircraft shows up at any military base.
In AIFP, try to go under "Bulk Traffic" and then select "List Missing Aircraft Used in Traffic Files", that will show you what the aircraft names need to be in order for the flight plans to see the aircraft.

I don't know if this is relevant here, but just in case it might be:
On my system I have 2 flightplans for FAB Mi-35s, which I have taken the liberty to attach here.
And unfortunately, I cannot recall where I got them - ailing memory.

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
My Dear Sir,
You hit the nail exactly on its head. There was indeed a folder there titled 10.0, which my registry cleaner had not caught.
I deleted that and everything is now OK.
Thank you -

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
Hello Martin, Hopefully the worst of the bug-chasing is over by now, and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that your hard work is really appreciated. I have come across something odd, that started when v. 4 came out, and persists with v. 4.3.4. On the status bar, FSX is in red. I have n...

Re: Reinstalling FSX
If what you have is a 3-DVD set, sometimes known as FSX Gold, then you have FSX Acceleration. The installation process is then that you install the first 2 DVDs, and at the end of installation let FSX run for a minute or so, shot it down and then register it. Now reboot and then install the third DV...

Re: Reinstalling FSX
VulcanDriver,
If you haven't started the uninstall/reinstall process already, could you see if you can find any crash info from Windows Event Viewer?
When I had FSX, I had no issues with FS9 AI aircraft.
