Re: RAF Transports
Those pics bring back some memories. As an Air Cadet I often used to fly in the 'whistling wheelbarrows' from Benson as it was closest to my home. I thought I had made the biggie one day when I turned up to Ops and managed to get a flight to Norway. And then someone decided Cadets shouldn't fly with...

Okay, I found the thread now! (feel free to delete the one I made in the paint shop)
I have just installed the Upper Heyford and Lakenheath F-111s and have the rest to go.
Smashing paints Mark.

F5 Warplane for the World by Robbie Shaw (Published 1990) shows 98 E's and 12 F's in two batches.
World Air Power Journal of Summer 1996 shows the same numbers.
From others sources....
F-5E J-3001 TO J-3099
F-5F J-3201 TO J-3212
There could have been a 'top-up'.

Re: Mikey's BUFF
Mike, I agree wholeheartedly with your comments about our hobby. It has shown itself on another thread recently too and as we all get to know each other there isn't much we couldn't do between us all. Provided it stays 'fun' there is no end. I still maintain that without the aircraft modellers we ar...

Re: AI Jaguar - French Repaint ?
I had thought about the FAF Jaguar when I did the RAF ones but, as Steve correctly guessed, I didn't do them because of the nose difference. Whilst the 'T' is fine I didn't think anyone would want the wrong nose on the single seats.

Fred,
Remind me what you want for the Alphajets and I'll make a contribution with them.
I think you did tell me but it seems so long ago!
