I'm sorry, I'm using FSX Acceleration and I did have traffic populate ETAR before. I removed the old afcad before installing and for some reason there isn't traffic. I haven't messed with a traffic flightplans and I have the AI C-130's for ETAR in my simobjects/airplanes file.

The first thing I would do is check the size of the parking spots of this new afcad against the size of them in the old afcad. FSX determines the size differently from FS9 and it could be that the parking spot sizes need to be increased. The old one will tell you what you need.

Any other FSXers find any issues with this scenery that needed to be addressed?

First of all i would like to thank you for this great scenery.

But would you be so kind to list the used object library's? I am doing some tweaking for my own use, but neither ADE or I are knowing what objects we are dealing with.

Thank you very much.

Cheers,
Randy Mulder

Hi Randy,

Thanks for the compliment. I'll try to make them as soon as possible. Be patient.

Hi Gert,

Thank you very much.

I am in no hurry, so please take your time.

Greetings,
Randy

P.S. The scenery works fine in FSX, accept the usual stuff like the trees and fences which are not transparant.

It's just 3 bgl files... How do I install this?

OK the installing of these 3 files is easy enough.
Like all bgls to be picked up they need to be in a 'scenery' folder that is declared as active in your scenery.cfg file

The easiest place to put them is in the '\Addon Scenery\scenery' folder but you can place them in any folder, even ones that you create and activate yourself.
Now the slightly trickier part is that as you can see from an earlier post in the thread that the scenery makes use of scenery libs, and they are listed. What you need to do is install them in a separate folder.
Most people collect a lot of third party scenery libs and most have a folder set up called 'Static Objects' or if you have some of our packages installed 'MAIW Scenery Library Objects'. Those libs must be installed in a folder like those..

Now this next bit is very important. Before a scenery can call an object from a lib the lib must already be loaded in FS. So the Libs folder MUST have a lower Layer number than the folder that contains the scenery bgls calling the objects.
Hopefully that makes sense.
So if you place your Static objects at Layer 90, for example, and your Addon Scenery is at Layer 48 the the scenery will load first but it will not be able to find the required objects and so your airfield will not look as the author intended.

I hope this helps.

Is there any repaint of John Young C-130J-30 for ETAR ?

If yes, where can I download them ?

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

I'm searching FlightPlans for the 3 x C-37A and the 5 x C-21A from ETAR. Someone have them ?

Thanks a lot.

Regards.

Edit : I find 2 x C-20 and 1 x C-9 flightplans from ETAR. So I've edited them to use them with the 3 x C-37A.

I also find 4 x C-21A. I'll try to create a fifth.
